Seal Coat Supply, Inc of Layton, Utah has been supplying the Rocky Mountain West with a premier asphalt emulsion sealcoat called Tuffcoat since 1989; and our owner has been involved with sealcoats dating back to the 1970's. We also mill our own SS1H tac oil on site which is available to the asphalt community. We have tremendous consistency in the daily production of our Tuffcoat sealer because of our use of a single source of asphalt cement from the refinery, because we mill our own emulsion on site and because of our single focus on one type of sealcoat.

We have available the Pavement Tool Manufacturers line of tools, stencils, and other supplies used in the asphalt maintenance industry. We also have the Billy Goat line of blowers and grazors.
