Using our SLA machines or our Objet Eden 3D Modeler, we turn around most rapid prototyping jobs overnight. While providing prototypes quickly is our emphasis, we will not sacrifice quality. We understand the need for both accuracy and speed.
We offer prototypes in an almost unlimited variety of materials. Using silicone molds and the RTV molding process, we quickly create cast urethane pieces that replicate the properties of parts made of production plastics from soft elastomerics to very strong and stiff parts.
If you need prototypes in actual production materials, our CNC machining department is your best resource. Our machinists are experts at one-off and short run machining projects. We can machine your parts directly from production plastics or metals, or we can build you a prototype injection mold tool, saving you weeks of time and thousands of dollars.
