In mid 1988, I began a no advertising policy. At the same time reaffirming my long term commitment to insure that every person referred to my office, be satisfied with our service and the hearing instrument provided him or her. Being well aware of the financial risk involved with this policy, I knew that a slow but steady growth would be realized over the years.
My desire is to refrain from costly advertising, rather to put sincere effort toward the needs of all my clients. Therefore, providing them, a lower cost for hearing instruments, service, repairs and assistive listening systems. I have relied on my reputation for 20 years. The work and patience has been, and will continue to be, well worth it.
In accordance with my business philosophy I have made continual investments in new equipment and programming systems in an effort to continue building my resources and provide the latest hearing instrument technology available. I attend advanced training classes whenever they become available. Each year I obtain 3 to 4 times more Continuing Education hours than are required for Board Certification. I intend to have the experience and knowledge necessary to remain a solid force in this field.
