Springer & Company was incorporated in the State of Utah in 1995. Our firm consists of one CPA partner, one full-time CPA manager, two professional staff and an office manager. We are a local firm based in Sandy, Utah.
Mark A. Springer, CPA, MBA, president of the company, has many years experience with computers and computer systems including network design and implementation and extensive experience with database design. We have found this to be a key resource to improving audit efficiency allowing us to import information into our audit programs, confirmations, etc without having to deal with the costly re-input of data. This is also instrumental in reducing risk of errors.
Springer & Company, Inc. is licensed in the State of Utah as a Certified Public Accounting Firm. Our firm also meets the independence requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Governmental Auditing Standards, 1994 revision, published by the United States General Accounting Office. Our firm also meets the continuing education and external quality control review requirements contained in the Governmental Auditing Standards, 1994 revision, published by the United States General Accounting Office.
