Have committed to being the best inspection company in the area for years.

Use state of the art tools. This includes laser thermometer, moisture meter, high powered flashlight, electrical testers, digital camera, etc.

Use industry leading software that will provide a concise narrative type report with appropriate colored pictures and a summery of the more important items.

Have lock box access that makes scheduling easier for real estate agents.

Cover the Wasatch Front from Salt Lake and Tooele to Cache counties. I have been in most communities many times.

Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and follow their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Not a franchise or “newby” where prospective inspectors from all walks of life can go through a few days schooling and become “certified.”
