Michael A. Jensen is a member of the Utah State Bar and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. His specialties include Elder Law, Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Wills, Trusts, and Probate and Trust Litigation.
Mr. Jensen earned his Law Degree, Cum Laude, at Boston College Law School; his M.B.A. at the Harvard Business School; and his B.S. in Physics and Math at the University of Utah, graduating Cum Laude.
Mr. Jensens law practice also includes Contracts, Business Formations, Small Business Litigation, and helping small to medium business owners plan for their succession. He has also successfully argued on Elder Law and other issues before the Utah Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.
Mr. Jensen is currently a Member of the Utah State Bars Elder Law Section and formerly served for many years on the Utah State Bars Committee on Law and Aging, a committee that was replaced with the Elder Law Section. He is Treasurer and a Member of the Board for the Utah Aging Alliance; served as a past member of the Board and past President of the Alzheimer's Association; and served as a past member of the Board of the Sarah Daft Home.
