Welcome to our practice of plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery in Salt Lake City, Utah. At Fairbanks Plastic Surgery, we offer a full line of plastic surgery procedures, including facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, breast enlargement (augmentation), breast lift, breast reduction, liposuction, body contouring, abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck), thigh and buttock lifts, and upper arm contouring (brachioplasty). We perform lip enlargement procedures, and removal of lip wrinkling. We do otoplasty (ear-pinning) and total ear reconstruction. We are especially well known for our facelifts (facial rejuvenation surgery) and nasal surgery, also known as rhinoplasty (nose job).

Facelift and Rhinoplasty
Using the most advanced techniques, we provide you the maximum degree of youthfulness (15 to 20 years younger) without looking tight, stretched, or unnatural. The unnatural look, so common to many facelifts, can be avoided by using the advanced techniques we employ. Our surgeons have extensive experience with rhinoplasty (nose job). A large part of our practice is devoted to correcting noses which have had unsatisfactory prior nasal surgery (secondary rhinoplasty). We frequently serve as invited lecturers on facelifts and rhinoplasties. We also provide a keynote lecture on "Art, Anatomic Design, and Plastic Surgery." We consider plastic surgery to be the finest of the fine arts. Our surgeons are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery which is the only plastic/cosmetic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

About Our Surgical Center and Facilities
We make every effort to ensure cosmetic surgery is affordable for our patients. So, a full-scale operation room is maintained at the Fairbanks Plastic Surgery Center for patient convenience and mitigate the excessive costs of major medical centers. Backup equipment is available for patient safety, and sedation is provided by an anesthesia specialist. Dr. Fairbanks is the pioneer of office surgical facilities in the state of Utah. We provide a full spectrum of surgical treatments for congenital deformities. Dr. Grant A. Fairbanks is a fully-trained craniofacial surgeon who has specialized expertise in total ear reconstruction for children born without an ear (microtia), cleft lip and cleft palate surgery, surgery for the cleft lip nasal deformity, surgery of cranial deformities, and other aspects of craniofacial surgery.
