The logs in the package are milled from seasoned "Westernwoods Pine, Spruce, or Douglas Fir" which includes a moisture content of 12% or less.

Bluprints are provided at no charge for standard models. Custom blueprints also available.

We provide a construction manual and invite your calls concerning construction questions. We can also line you up with a qualified, experienced builder to do all or part of the work.

Packages can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks after the deposit is placed and the plans are designed and approved for your building site.
