When we acquired PRN, we saw an opportunity to offer something new. As a former Chief Nurse, I had grown frustrated with the inconsistency in the quality of agency nurses and the inappropriate matches of nurse to patient care unit. There seemed a lack of understanding as to how patient care units functioned. So, it is through my experience and understanding of nurses and patient care facilities that our business is able to make nothing short of an ideal match for both.
