Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, one block east from I-15, on the south side of 5300 South. We are easy to get to from anywhere along the Utah Wasatch Front. Many of our patients come from Nevada, Wyoming, and Idaho as we satisfy orthopedic needs throughout the intermountain west.
