No Fee Unless We Win
We handle all personal injury cases on a contingency fee. In other words, we never ask you to reach into your own pocket to pay us anything, ever. We even cover all of the costs of suit. If your case goes south, we will not ask you to pay any fees or costs. There are no hidden costs or up front retainers. We only collect fees and costs out of the winnings. You will not pay anything to us out of pocket.

In a typical personal injury case, we first try to settle the case with the insurance company or the defendant. If we cannot obtain a fair settlement, we file a lawsuit and prepare the case for trial. Most cases settle before trial, but if a case doesn't settle before trial, we are prepared to take cases all the way through jury trial, and appeal, if necessary.

We do this because we have found that most insurance companies will not compensate you fairly unless you are ready to prove your case in front of a jury.
