Your bicycle's suspension provides you with that smooth, buttery ride that you love. Don't neglect it!
All suspension components need to be serviced. Seals, bushings and oil will wear out and brake down allowing grit and grime to enter the system and damage your ride. It is recommended that you service your fork and rear shock at least yearly.
