We also have provided services to our clients in the areas of franchise law, supervision of commercial litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Lawrence also provides general counsel services for corporations on a "fractional-time" basis allowing corporations the benefits of an in-house attorney while avoiding the costs of a full time attorney.

Mr. Lawrence is a former chairman of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar, former chairman of the Corporation Section of the Utah State Bar, is a member of the bar associations of Illinois, Oklahoma and Utah and is an arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
