Notom ranch was originally settled in 1883 and was home to as many as twenty-three pioneer families at one time.
In 1919 George Durfey purchased the Notom Ranch and was able to harness the water of Pleasant Creek,
as a result he created a profitable working ranch in the middle of the dry desert.
Theme oriented rooms add unique charm to the Notom Ranch.
Each room is furnished with king-size beds, TVs, unique bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, mini fridges, and a scenic balconies.
Pastures, alfalfa fields, orchards, and wildlife can be seen from the balconies of each room.
Home cooked meals are provided in the elegant western dining room or outside around the campfire.
