Cypress Financial, like many financial based companies in the land acquisition and development industry have had to make some changes in order to survive the economic downturn over the last several years. We are still looking at land acquisition and development projects, however, very few have the ability to receive funding due to the very tough lending criteria we are all up against.

Cypress Financial has turned our attention to other markets like REO Bulk Purchases representing both buyers and sellers and raising capital for Life Science companies who develop medical devices.

Cypress Financial’s REO department has developed relationships with numerous sellers and buyers of REO assets, performing notes and non-performing notes. Our goal is to put the buyer and seller together for a seamless transaction.

Cypress Financial raises capital for Life Science devices both domestically and internationally. These capital raises offer a ground floor opportunity for people to get into a company before it takes off and/or before the company is acquired by a major pharmaceutical company paying top dollar. The medical devices range from the Obesity market to the Spinal market and many, many other medical markets.
