Comfort Inn St George - Reviews

********DO NOT STAY AT Comfort Inn at Convention Center***** It was a great property UNTIL undisclosed construction (re-carpeting) on the 3rf floor, which was directly above our rooms. When advised front desk about the excess noise directly above rooms, young agent sara became extremely confrontational, belittling, lying, and rude. When requesting a manager multiple times, sara refused. On checked out sara again went out of her way to make things difficult by lying about construction and no manager. Requested manager for the 3rd time, finally sara yelled into the next room to yolanda. yolanda came and already had a chip on her should that we requested her several times. Tried explaining the situation regarding the construction above our rooms and how we were treated by sara. yolanda refused to take anything seriously by stating that everything was OUR problem and we should deal with it. After doing research we found out yolanda and sara are a mother daughter duo, which makes perfect sense due to yolanda having no control over sara at the front desk, even asking multiple times to have sara step away. After several attempts to rectify the situation a mutual agreement of 1 night refund on each room. Reaching out to expedia. com to advise of upcoming refund, yolanda has now refused the refund and has cut off all contact with myself and expedia. com. Ended up having to put stop payments via my credit card.
Check in agent Emily was an angle and should be properly awarded.
