Fine at first by Dissapointed - 10/29/2010
We lived in a house for Two years and took great care of the home. Most problems were fixed in timely fashion, When all is said and done we wanted our deposit back and instead got a bill for nearly $400 trying to charge us for carpet cleaning and paint!? What!? Additionally our garage door started deteriorating through normal use. I emailed Casey on the issue, two or three months before we moved out, and he still is trying to charge us for that. You will never talk to a human when you call. They are impossible to get a hold of. Bottom line, don't rent through these guys. Casey will take advantage and you won't see a penny of your deposit... deposit? yeah right.
Poor Landlord by jamsully - 05/18/2010
Casey often shows up to the rental property's unexpexted and walks around the premises looking into windows and such to "check" up on you. The Deposit was almost 2,000 dollars and he would call you 4,5,6 times a day to let you know that the yard was not up to his standered. When there was a flood in the basement he came and fixed the leak, but didnt offer to clean the mess or help with mold that could start growing. We had called him three times to report the problem before it BECAME a problem. when we moved out, he charged us for the damage done to the carpets in the basement from the water that had flooded the basement due to HIS faulty equipment. He talks down to people and is constantly making excuses. He claimed that on top of our deposit we still owed him money for the carpet. He Often left rude messages on our phones about leaving the garbage cans out past the day they were picked up, and we saw him drive past our house 3 times in one day while out doing yard work. I reported hi
Did the job right. by Clover - 03/29/2010
Casey Clark was very professional and got things done for us right away when there was a problem. The only thing wrong was that he charged us for a window that was already broken but other then that I do believe he was fair and honest. He does expect a lot of the tenants that live there and if you want a company to represent you the landlord then he gets the job done. He doesn't play around and he knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for a property management because he made sure everything looked nice when we left. If it didn't then we paid for it out of our deposit. He was not hard to reach and I think that he is actually a very nice person. In the end he gets the job done the client wants from him. If I ever have to rent out one of my future properties then I will certainly go to him first.
Horrible Landlord by Pissed Off - 08/15/2009
Casey Clark has a horrible landlord-tenant relationship. He tries to add rules and regulations to the lease through-out the term. He is often hard to get a hold of and has a superior attitude while speaking with you. He also likes to screw people out of their security deposits. He charges outrageous amounts for things considered normal wear and tear. No rental is ever move in ready after a others have lived there. Upon moving into our rental, we had to clean, move around the owners possessions, vacuum, and throw out trash. But we were expected to leave a spotless home. Nothing is ever spotless. Every one cleans their new home before moving in. It's part of moving. We got a FIFTH of our almost $1600 security deposit back. For cleaning, carpet cleaning, and fixing the yard. Instead of being a human being and making a two minute call to let us know that the yard was out of control and please fix it, he charged us close to $600 for his wife and himself doing the yard. He has no proof that
