This report is a combination of the onsite checklist and a detailed, handwritten summary for that specific property.

What To Expect: Generally you can expect a minimum of 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the inspection. Larger homes and homes with problems take a while longer. The report is usually ready within 24 hours after completing the inspection. The report may be picked up at our office, mailed or locally delivered at no charge.
