Through interviews, questionnaires and observations we have pinpointed and addressed the three main concerns of every physician in regards to their transcription needs: That of a job delivered fast, with minimal or no errors, and according to their particular specifications.

In the transcription world, speed depends greatly on transfer time as well as in the speed of our technicians. At Accu-Write, we set up your account in such way that you will be able to call in your dictation from any phone directly into our digital computer. In either case, our people will receive your material quickly and go to work on the spot.
Using state of the art stenography and transcription programs, your work is done with great speed. When finished, the job is returned right to your computer via our web site.
The primary reason for our unmatched speed has to do with our Transcriptionist-to-Physician ratio. Where other companies use the same transcriptionist for any and all physicians (random assignment systems), we assign specific people to a small number of physicians.
